This website is run by Elegant Windows Ltd, behind Unique Fitness, Hall Street, Blackwood, NP12 1PA. You can contact us on 01495 222 184 or at enquiries@elegantwindowsltd.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email address and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange your quote and installation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or taking steps towards a contract at your request.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and guarantee obligations.

Who sees it

Your message reaches us by email, through our website host and email service. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you send the contact form, one short-lived cookie stops the form being sent repeatedly. It is strictly necessary and is removed when you close your browser.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address. Our map is a picture: Google Maps only opens if you choose to follow the link.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
