On time, within budget and running smoothly

Any building work involves a lot of time and expense. Elegant Windows Ltd will make sure your project proceeds smoothly, within budget and on time.

We can provide a turnkey solution and oversee every stage of your project, from the drawing of the initial plans to the completion of the build. Our flexible service delivers a bespoke solution that includes tailored advice on budgets and plans, and contractors for all your building needs.

We are experienced in the building industry, with over 30 years of involvement in a broad range of projects. We will ensure the work carried out is of the highest quality and complies with all the relevant regulations.

Why use a project manager?

Every building project involves input from a number of people, including architects, engineers and local authority inspectors as well as the contractors on site. Managing each stage is a stressful process that needs careful coordination. We can do this for you, and give you regular updates to keep your project on track.

As part of our service, we will provide a work programme and manage contractors so they carry out their part of the works at the right time. We have built strong links with many reputable tradespeople, which is key to maintaining budgets and keeping projects within timeframes. Without a project manager, building work can often go over budget and miss deadlines, which affects the project as a whole.
